Refund policy

We want you to love your Treat & Tech purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Please contact us at sezmteam@gmail.com before sending anything back.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items are covered at no cost to you  just reach out with photos and we'll sort a replacement or refund right away.
